Iron deficiency is a highly prevalent and a potentially serious condition that can have a significantly negative impact on health and wellbeing.
Although Iron deficiency can affect anyone, it is most prevalent in women with Anaemia and Chronic kidney diseases and leaving it unaddressed can lead to increased morbidity and mortality.
On 28th December 2022, under the prestigious roof of Cancer Foundation Hospital, awareness session on Iron supplements specially Ferric Carboxymaltose was conducted.
